Documentation of birth for those people born in these Hawaiian Islands whether of Kanaka lineage or not.
Political and civil rights are attributed to those persons born on Hawaiian Islands soil. These rights are proclaimed in the Declaration of Rights 1839 by King Kamehameha III. Statute Laws of His Majesty Kamehameha III, 1846 Vol. I, Part I, Chapter V, Article II, Section III discusses which persons are considered under Hawaiian Kingdom laws.
